Frieda: A New Australian
Frieda Brandt and her parents leave Germany in 1914 for a business opportunity in South Australia. When war is declared between the two countries, the family is viewed with suspicion and many Germans are interned. Frieda and her father expose the conditions at the internment camp, and life become intolerable and dangerous.
