The Koorie Kids of Leongatha Primary School came together to create a colourful 19-page book filled with photographs and drawings showing the activities they enjoy doing together. From creating books, making possum skin headbands, kicking the footy, to dancing and playing—these kids love their community. This book is an excellent starting point for other children to create their own books about the activities they like to do as well as showing the activities of these Leongatha Koorie Kids.

This is one of a series of small books created by Kids’ Own Publishing (in partnership with other groups) that give young people the opportunity to publish their own books about their lives.
