Governance

Governance of the National Centre for Australian Children’s Literature Inc. is carried out by its duly constituted Board.  Its current Chairman is Craig Sloan. Each year an annual report is written outlining the special projects and community events undertaken by the National Centre and its specialist volunteers.

The NCACL Board and its Ambassadors, Jackie French AM and Christopher Cheng are currently advocating for a permanent home for the National Centre for Australian Children’s Literature in the Parliamentary Triangle in Canberra in 2019.

Become an advocate for Australian Children’s Literature, Australian Children’s Publishers and Australian Authors and Illustrators.  Support research into Australian children’s books and children’s book art through the work of the National Centre.
