What do you like to do at your playgroup? This 18-page colourful book is filled with the photographs of the activities and artwork from the Poorneet Playgroup. The book offers a good basis for creating a book for your own preschool, playgroup or kindergarten class. At the beginning of the book is a ‘Welcome to our Playgroup’ and an Acknowledgement of Country. Songs from Koorie Kids Playgroup Dhumba Yinga Ngargee (My Story, My Song, My Dance) are also included. This book is one of several published by Kids’ Own Publishing, a not-for-profit arts organisation that publishes community stories. There are a couple of words in Language including boorai (baby or child in Gunai language) and wominjeka (welcome in Woiwurrung language)
