Sophie Kazzi is in Year 12 at an all-Lebanese, all-Catholic high school. Her father expects her to behave in ways that differ from her friends, which proves a struggle. Sophie also experiences her first job and a new boyfriend. Most importantly, she is experiencing racism and intolerance which she feels strongly about.
