Your bequest

If you decide to support the National Centre for Australian Children’s Literature Inc. through a bequest, the following are suggested forms of wording which you may discuss with your advisers for inclusion in a Will.  We recommend that you seek independent legal advice before relying on these suggested forms of words with respect to your intentions.

‘I give [nominate bequest] free of all taxes to the National Centre for Australian Children’s Literature Inc for its use and benefit absolutely (Or for use by the said Centre for the following purposes).’

‘I give (clearly describe item, work of art, manuscript etc.) free of all taxes to the National Centre for Australian Children’s Literature Inc for use at its absolute discretion and benefit.’
