Gouldthorpe, Peter

Peter Gouldthorpe was born on the 30 July 1954. He is a very successful artist and author.  His first children’s book was written and illustrated in 1983, Jonah and the Manly Ferry.

Peter has won many awards for his titles and artwork from the Children’s Book Council of Australia and has provided artwork for two unique sets of Australian stamps.

The National Centre is delighted to hold examples of Peter’s work in is Artwork Framework collection.
